I have discovered a new addiction, well that is a little strong but I have decided I really enjoy baking! I want to share some things I have recently made. I am also excited about my most recent purchase, a KitchenAid stand mixer! I have wanted one since I was younger and have finally been able to get one for myself. I am very grateful for the many test tasters I have at work. I bake it and they eat it! I love to bake but after all my work I rarely feel like eating my creations and certainly do not need to eat everything I make. So, if you are lucky you might have a chance to reap the rewards of my new hobby!
These are some cupckaes I made for my good friend Mrs. Chris's birthday. She teaches at MCC and I decorated her classroom and left her cupcakes to share with all her students. I think I made and frosted about 90 cupcakes! She was elated and surprised to say the least!
