Here are the basic steps to complete this project.
1. Gather supplies; scrapbook paper, frame, mod-podge, foam brush, cutting tool, & cutting mat.
2. Layout frame on paper, fronts both facing down.
3. Fold up the side and crease edges.
4. Glue two sides {hold for a few seconds to set}
5. Use cutting tool to cut diagonal slits on each corner.
6. Repeat above steps until all edges and corners are done.
7. This is what the corners look like at this point.
8. Trim remaining edges so they are all flush with each other.
9. Trim out the center of the frame. Cut the edges at an angle.
10. Fold all the edges in and glue with the mod-podge.
11. Trim extra paper off edges.
12. Cover the entire frame with a coat or two of mod-podge.
13. Let completely dry then replace glass and backing.
An easy and inexpensive way to change the look of an ordinary frame.
