Just a reminder of what it looked like when I moved in.
And now:
I have so many ideas and plans for future projects and updates to make it look even better. I think watering the grass and tree and keeping it trimmed has made a huge difference. I even had a neighbor stop and thank me for making the changes. He said the occupants before me would park vehicles on the grass and it was the eyesore of the neighborhood. So I guess anything is an improvement, right? For now I am happy with the improvement!
